During holiday periods, shipping may be delayed. Please add an additional 15 business days (excluding weekends) to the standard shipping timeline.

Responsibility for Packages

BU Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not liable for packages that are damaged while in transit or delayed due to inclement weather. For inquiries regarding lost or stolen packages, please contact your local post office.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to register with the carrier, allowing you to track your package.
